Just recently, Cataclysm made the stupidest mistake of all.

Posting a public chatroom of their dancer engaging in bot advocacy.

Done by a Gypsy, named "MEOW ANG SABI NG PUSA".

Unofficial tips and intelligence reports has told me that the Gypsy has something to hide; a botted history.

In short, she was a bot character in the past.

Shortly afterwards was a pub by... of all people, Jayson Jumawan! His merchant had a pub selling load, hoping to be jailed immediately.

Definitely a mockery of rules.

Since she did an offense readily punishable by permanent ban, and Jayon wasn't a stranger to offenses (many of his bots were caught and banned by the MP team), I sent the shots to my GM superiors.

Hours later, this was what he told me over IM.

Both passed on for execution! Muwahahaha!

Little did I know I would be witness to an idiocy like no other. Sure enough, cataclysm was on my case. Led by Jayson himself and his cohorts.

First, let it be known of the following;

1. MEOW ANG SABI NG PUSA created a pub saying "Config DC when Goenitz is around." Meaning, warning all bots to disconnect when Goenitz is around. Why? So that I and the MPs can't catch them. This kind of act, helping bots, is no different to bot advocacy, because he's trying to protect botters from being prosecuted.
2. There are overwhelming testimonies that MEOW was piloted by Jayson Jumawan during the time she was allegedly botted. Jayson claims MEOW was never botted, but, knowing Jayson's history of botting and lying, his credibility is nada.
3. TO reinforce the fact MEOW was botted, unbeknownst even to Jayson himself, a secret screenshot of MEOW saying "ayos config ayw mag autostorage" was taken. By this, MEOW was fixing the configuratgion of the bot file so that it would stow all loots to the kafra storage instantly; again, a feature of the bot Openkore. By just this evidence, it can be said MEOW ANG SABI NG PUSA was indeed botted. This was taken without the knowledge of the offender, as opposed to the previous screenshot; the pub of MEOW and Jayson was shown, with their awareness of my presence, as that time, I was not hidden.
4. Nakakapagpakabagabag is said to be MEOW's real owner.
5. Even if I have no personal grudge against Jayson, I will get his characters banned if they crossed the rules, like with everyone else. Taunting MPs with pubs that promotes lawlessness like selling load and hoping to be jailed will get you banned.

Unfortunately, I have evidence that she was botted. Even not by videos, such pub was enough to prove guilt. And even if it was meant as a joke... airports have policies against joking about threats... and rules are not meant to be joked at.

People uncouth or direly defending they comrades like Se Hyun filled that thread with provocation. I can do nothing but pity that uninformed human.

I don't know what came into Jayson's mind, but knowing his past with bots, I thought he'ld know better than stay away from anything that will get people's suspicion on him. I apparently thought wrong. Jayson did help in bot reporting, in fairness. But just because he helped around doesn't mean he'll be a sacred cow, if he tries something stupid like this.

C'mon Jayson. If that was a pub frame-up, you could've easily and quickly removed that pub the moment it came up! You can configure your bots to disconnect in jail, what more avoiding frame up scenarios?! You are not an idiot, Jayson... you're just trying to pass up as one.
Not to mention MEOW was caught with a similar pub the next day. Now that is no longer a frame-up, but a willfull violation.

I guess Kain is indeed telling the real thing that Jayson is lying.

Now in response, this is what I had to say.

My condolences for your comrade, but even as a joke, what they did clearly crossed the rules.

1. Making a pub that warns botters to configure bots to disconnect when they see me is advocation of bots.
2. Same pub but configuring your bot the next day.
3. Jesting that your merchant is selling load, and urges to be jailed.
4. Too many testimonies from trusted sources that meow is illicitly leveled during the X4 EXP MOD period.

I will have to get the evidence back from my superiors, I will be back later, as I already submitted them.
But this I will say.

1. Playing with the rules is playing with fire. You can't declare a stick-up, be shot, and complain later that it was just a joke.
2. It takes nothing to intimidate me when it comes to my role as the bot bane.
3. Don't expect cronies, "ninong" and "ninang" from Level Up to save you. I won't let that happen.
4. My deputy MP also sighted Meow botting, but I will have to hear it from that MP.
5. To you that defends Meow, how sure are you that your friend is telling you the truth that he is innocent? Cataclysm isn't among the cleanest guild in Valhalla, when it comes to bots, you know?

Note that I added unconfirmed elements in the roundup; even if they attacked those, I had enough basis to maintain the ban. Even if no other MP caught MEOW or no other players testified against MEOW, the stuff I had is tantamount to admission, enough to get her banned.

And to further emphasize that the banning is just another day at work...

I'm not holding that against you, simply because you know nothing of the real situation.
It doesn't matter if the server breaks down, or if the compensation isn't given on time. If I find you botting or doing offenses connected to botting, you will be banned, period. Even if you are the most industrious reporter, the worst enemy next to satan, or a nobody. No one is a sacred cow, and everyone is fair game.

If you look at the RB/LU policy page there is a rule that regardless who uses your account if that account commits a crime then that account has to pay for the penalties.

To add Jayson Jumawan is a known person who flames in RB and ingame, his acocunts in pRO were banned already for botting and other offenses. You should have known better than to have your accounts used by him
he also PMs mods on their blogs, YM, cell with taunts and other defamatory stuff so the fact he actually used your account to "POSSIBLY" so the very same crimes he did can cause your pRO acocunts at risk.

Since he used your account for no good then I am sorry to say that if you have any other beef its not with G its with Jayson Himself

Other posts just can't understand how come bans from a shot was made, and how come jokes like that were severly punished. Well, Sir David couldn't have said it better.

As far as I know bot advocacy in itself is a bannable offense. The screenshot clearly shows advocacy. And please, don't say that its not. I don't bot and even I know what a "config" is for. If it's meant to be a joke, it is quite tasteless. She inadvertently advised botters TO AVOID AN MP USING THEIR "CONFIG".

Again, ask yourself, a person who taunts an MP by instructing people to avoid the mp using their bot "config", however jokingly, is that not bot advocacy?

Oh, even if the screenshot does not show the Meow botting, it clearly shows advocacy as said earlier, and that carries the penalty of permanent banning. Simple as that.

Evidences of botting is irrelevant, because BANNED ka pa rin due to ADVOCATING BOTS.

It seems the task of choosing MPs are heavier than I thought.

Also, RB is falling into disarray, and so I am formulating measures to prevent pandemonium from consuming RB.

And then my computer also fell apart. The power supply emitted foul-smelling smoke. Figures, it's 14 years old, and it took a while before I found a replacement.

But not after encountering more problems that even placed the whole report database, including previous reports by other players and MPs, into great risk.

First Day Blues: Valkyrie

The effort paid off. The idea to keep our plans for Valkyrie secret resulted in a lot of arrests for botting.

Determining botting is somewhat hard for Valkyrie. The telltale teleport sign is no longer in use; however, there was another one that dated from way back. (I will not say this.)

Angry botters demanding an explanation is a usual sight. RMT and punks who defiled the server have been arrested too. The jail map proved useful as ever.

And the amount of jailed characters now comes to an all-time high. And this was done singlehandedly by me.

It is sad so many people choose to corrupt Valkyrie from day 1. But this will show such ambition has a costly price. And it doesn't stop there.

As the earlier post is long, I've decided to split the article into 2.

And those who think they can get away from the Midgard Police long after botting... as per the recent happenings in Thor... think again.

2. Urdr

Dreaded by almost all of the moderators, urdr has the most delinquent bunch of players in the history of Online Gaming. And it doesn't take a genius to see that. Colleague Nirvelli especially hates it.

Many offenders hail from Urdr. Most of them are guilty of ban evasion, multiple accounts, flaming, and even death threats. These people needs a firm hand to guide them.

But personally, I'd rather eliminate the hopeless delinquents from Urdr. And everyone knows I have short patience towards people who cannot follow simple rules.

Trashtalking falls under flaming, and people do not take the rule against flaming seriously, passing it up as an acid test of personal maturity. Such excuse to violate this rule shows impudence in their (the players) part.

And do you know what people replies with when they're accosted for flaming and trashtalking?

Hayaan mo lang sila Okey??? ang KJ KJ mo! Rules and Regulations?! BOT nga sa Ragnarok di nyo maalis dito pa kaya sa Ragna Boards na walang Bayad?! yang ang itawag mo sa LU!

I think the school that this guy attended should be abolished for failing to educate him properly. While I'm at it, his lineage, for failing to discipline him, should be held accountable.

I have heard about the disqualification case filed against Conrad Duñgan, which is neither my friend nor enemy, because they accuse him of trash talking. And to prove their allegations they have posted screen shots showing that the subject indeed has done so. But up to how much worth can these screen shots prove? Did we even saw what happened before they took the screen shots? We should consider the fact that... they could’ve provoked him to trash talk. Posibleng ginalit muna nila si Conrad at hinintay na mapuno. What I’m saying is… these screen shots are merely useless.

Until we are approached by this matter, we will normally not intervene. However, as reported, sexual harrassment and threats makes the matter serious and threatening. We'll step in once that happens. We have rules against sexual harrassment and similar offenses.

It is true that trash talking in this game is prohibited. But what about these personal issues? For months yung mga kaaway ni Conrad nag ta trash talk din. Pero nag sumbong ba sya sa LU!? Kagaya ng ginagawa ninyo ngayon? Bakit hindi nya sinabi? Since madami naman syang kakilala sa LU! diba? Pero he chose to keep quiet… dahil he believes personal issues like these ay di na dapat ipa Trabaho pa sa mga tao ng LU!. Lahat tayo nag trash talk. Hindi natin pwedeng itanggi ito. These boards have witnessed kung pano tayo lahat nag trash talk sa mga kaaway natin. If you look back sa mga previous post ng mga taong involved. You’ll see na lahat sila pare-pareho.

Fool. A rule breaking already occurred in the form of sexual harassment. I guess people will keep trashtalking until someone high and mighty gets banned for it. It all boils down to instilling fear and apprehension, if we are to stop this. If I had my way, all forms of trashtalking will be punishable, as with flaming. We're not omnipotent enough to catch all trashtalkings, but if it's reported or if we see one... expect sore butts the following day, if not bloody and dismembered carcasses, game-wise.

I do not see a clear reason why are they pinning this man down… nonetheless I believe whatever he is right now. It is the cause of all the people around him. WE are the ones who created this monster… we have caused him enough suffering. Pushed him too hard (I guess). “Kung ano mang actions ang ginagawa nya ngayon… dahil na rin yun sa mga taong nanakit sa kanya”. It is purely human nature na gumanti. Masyado na syang nalugmok… but why do we keep haunting him? These issues would never end. I say ENOUGH… magtira naman tayo ng konti para sa taong ito.

And you say you are neutral? This statement contradicts your stance. I'm sure people are inclined to finish him off, and I guess that's what will happen. Remember, he was seen and caught breaking the rules; sexual harassment and verbal threats, in case you forgot.

I believe every one should LET GO… let go of this matter dahil lahat naman nagkamali. I wish this raises awareness to everyone. Let’s not close our doors sa possibility to reunite the server once again. And I plea to the GM’s… please keep your head above this matter. Let your voices be heard, not only to those involved but to everyone. Marami na ang nagiisip na BIAS ang mga GM, one example is yung sa Wild Card voting. Kaya please break your silence.

Now if they insist on this disqualification case kay Conrad Duñgan. I would file a second notion. Another disqualification case… against Juyer. If screen shots could prove it. I believe I have more than that. Dito palang sa Boards madami na. Hindi ako mag file dahil lang GALIT ako kay Juyer. I would file this notion for fairness. Unfair naman yata kung si Conz lang bibigyan natin ng attention diba?

Everyone makes mistakes, but not all are sanctioned to leave a mark of punishment in them. That is what should happen. Do not think that the GMs are only after him. Others will follow too.

Lately, the Midgard Police matters has been taking many of my time, so much that I have no more time to post the latest events here.

But latest Ragnaboards events have forced my hand to post here.

1. Notorious Thor Bans.

Recently, Scar Face and Kakita Yaza were banned right before the RPC playoffs in Thor. As expected, this got the most amount of outrage, as to why only now, and why before RPC.

It was particularly painful for Scar Face. He is Level 99, yet the crimes he made as a mere knight did him in. Oh, and did we mention his bot priest got banned too? He belongs to the guild Phoenix Cranes. He was unsuccessfully defended by Showstopper, with unusual vigor. Nothing could be done by her to undo the permanent ban that was slapped upon him.

Next, Kakita Yaza of the infamous Esteemed House of Bots. Er, I mean Crane. Up to now, no one knows if the alibi that Kakita Yaza has a new owner is true. Kakita Yaza was caught botting as a mere Alchemist. Now a biochemist and one of the frontliners for another guild in RPC, she fell from grace.

As a result, EHOC declined from joining RPC. Perhaps disgruntled that one of their botted ranks finally got the boot? No one will ever truly know.

I've also gotten questions as to why only now, and that if there was a conspiracy behind it. There is no conspiracy, just tons of backlogs. And mind you, they're enough to fill up a small room.

I've gotten my fair share of threats too. More particularly, from illegal traders that I've caught. Threats ranged from never going to RPC to getting me fired.

There's but one problem... they don't know who to aim! I keep it a habit to maintain anonymity in my patrols. I speak to the offenders anonymously. The fact that they don't know my name makes them stab in the dark in vain, hurling desperate taunts that I am "bakla" because I don't reveal myself. In reality, they want to find out who to beat up in RPC to avenge their scarred prides... prides that were shot down when they were caught violating the rules.

Such is humanity. Angry are the people caught in their crimes, madly rationalizing their wrongdoing. Truly pathetic.

I have noticed the sudden and violent hostility towards my blog. Wow. Looks like I have exceeded my target quota when it comes to enforcement.

Feh. Flamers can only unleash threats online, and IRL, we have laws that will whoop them with a guillotine if they ever try something like that. Flamings in my blog wasn't that intense, not even with my so-called "lies" from the past years.

I can guess... it started eversince I spearheaded the Midgard Police team into apprehending as many bots as possible in Thor. Maybe, maybe not.

In the starting part, the initial effort to detain bots was slippery, due to botters being able to escape. We're happy to say the Midgard Police already found a solution to this.

If you've read some of the news... you should know by now the Midgard Police means business. Woes and cries of botters getting caught can be seen.

And they strike like a thief in the night. So botters scheduling their bots aren't guaranteed safety, if not unsafe at all.

The Midgard Police will make botting in Thor a living hell. Ang bumangga sa katarungan, gigibain!

Maybe I'm not the type built for blogging.

I only type when I feel like typing. If there are some things I don't want people to know, I let it perish into oblivion, and I don't care for... history.

That's because I haven't been able to update my blog. The histories, the design, even the links I promised so many people with. I feel rather ashamed about it, but that will change tonight. I hope.

On to business.

1. "HUMAN TRASH"

I find it rather amusing that people I did not aim with words reacted violently to the calling of "human trash."

Let me ask you this. Why do you care if you hear this word?

Is it because you're trying to uphold the good? Or because you yourself are hurt with those words?

A person in the ragnaboards said that by calling someone a "human trash"... you threaten their right to live.

Or does it?

In the internet, such word is so easy to type and to tell. Why make serious business out of something?

Anyhow, in Waukeen's blog, in this post, a few people still hold grudge when I said those words. I wonder why?

It all started when certain banned users forced their way back, insisting that they were banned based on contributed information from a certain chatroom, which they claim, was within their whim of privacy. Who says you can't use that as evidence to make your ruling? I have verified that evidence to be credible. Even my closest friend confirmed it.

Those who were the recipient of those angsty and bitter words are proven misfits. Botters, flamers, you name it. Human patience has its limits, and this is not the first time that I have verbally lashed at them severely. I certainly know when to and when NOT to, but I'm sure people sympathetic of me knows how it feels.

Indeed, sinners hide under human rights like a naughty child hiding under the skirt of his or her mother. Sometimes, do you even wonder if I am a human being to think like this?

Do not give someone a reason to call you names. Especially those in the pedestal. Because as much as I am on your side, I can easily go against someone whenever they do something contrary to the rules.

2. THE WATCHERS; MIDGARD POLICE

Just recently, I posted a screen capture of the Midgard Police in action, in their behalf.

It was met with cheers and jeers. Cheers because MPs are indeed doing something. Jeers... well, you don't see bots being banned yet.

In Thor, that is.

While I understand and would react the same way, do know this. The effects of the dupe wipe... overwhelmed customer support and the GMs. Even Waukeen himself said it.

3. REPUTATION

For someone in authority, I am not the type who cares what people see me as. Some see me as a menace. Some as cool. Some as windy or blowhard. Some even evil.

It reminds me of the time when Battlechaser stood up for me and called me the Machiavellian Moderator. By that, he meant that if I need to be evil to bring order and peace back, I will be so, not "that any evil action can be justified if it is done for a good purpose." In short, I do not do evil for the sake of it. Even the Hakkeshu as a collective aren't that conceited.

I have received so many threats and hates because of what I do. But it simply doesn't matter. I'm not doing it to hear hatred towards me. I want to see peace and order in the boards. And if given the chance, in the game too.

4. RAGNABOARDS

I and other moderators are planning some changes in the boards.

a. Upgrading of forums to invision powerboard 3.0 -- part of the solution to eliminate the pest we call spambots. Yes, I am just irritated by it as everyone else is.
b. Skin. I won't spoil about it, but it'll be among the changes.
c. New moderators. Some moderators will be coming back. Others will be a new generation.

5. THE BLOG

I'm toying with some design right now, it's the only free time I have (as of this writing).

The forum associated with it has disappeared. My friend's space there, together with the domain itself, has expired.

But that did not mean KPB was a failure. It wasn't. KPB helped the pRO GMs in the effort in countering bots, by giving them information, programs, and suggestions.

Stay tuned to this place for the reintroduction of KillpRObots. I'll give you a hint as to what happened to it.

It finally got the official support it needed.

When we last left the bot debate, it was clear they were doing it to discredit all anti-botting initiatives and to dissuade Level-Up from ever acting against it.

Whatever they were trying certainly was doomed to fail.

For one, Waukeen, like me, is hellbent on destroying this pest that has infected Ragnarok for over four years. That's despite him being a botter once.

Another, I was merely playing along in their play of debate at why botters hold pRO together and that their removal would spell doom for RO. Almost all their points were refuted, yet they still insist on things. It didn't save them from being banned for botting advocacy.

As a result, Legato and his puppet account yoh_asakura, and Pax Lucis have been permanently banned (and will eventually become Persona non Grata) from the ragnaboards for their incurable and foolish advocacy of botting. Sure, they deny advocating bots, but with their rabid criticism (of which many are negative, dumbfounded and baseless, like their adherence to Shiela Paul's admission-- which BTW is now nullified due to recent events Level-Up has made) and their general put-down attitudes towards any sign of enforcement... like with the Midgard Police, makes them obvious they weren't just looking for a friendly (which I highly doubt) debate... they were ensuring the future of the botters.

I'm sure there are more posters worthy of permanent banning due to advocacy of bots. But one would wonder... Why? Why defend these lawless elements? Despite the debate nature, the policy about botting is one of the rules considered dogma; unquestionable and absolute. Despite LU's lack of enforcement regarding that rule, it didn't mean they were consenting usage of bots. They should've removed that from the rules if it were so, but they never did. Which is good, considering lots of MMO companies will take advantage of that, and will hasten their demise.

Pax may now argue it was a debate and no advocacy was in it. But I've seen his advocacy OUTSIDE his posts. Same with Legato. That debate was made for me to gague how honest they were in regards that they were merely debating. You'ld be surprised to know how much it revealed about them.

How many people have you met are arrogant enough to claim botters keep pRO alive? How many of these claim that pRO owes its existence to botters?

There may be a lot, but it is time to bring back the correct figures.

Studying an existing iRO with staunch anti-botting policy or zero botting, yes, there is a few amount of players, but iRO's situation is different; disgruntled players, boring content, rude community, and melancholy, isn't something that makes an active server.

So many people have accused me of being cruel to the RO franchise. I, as someone claims, would be the cause of RO's demise, because of impending removal of bots.

Excuse me, but that reeks of sourgraping. For now, botters think I am a mere joke or a dog that doesn't bite. My bite doesn't come from my mouth. It comes from what will happen.

And as with awhile ago, the reality that bots will no longer be a part of RO sets in, the sourgraping comes. The doomsday cultists come. The threats pour in.

They do this until bots somehow comes back to RO.

Sono teidou ka? Is this all what you know to do? Indeed, unevolved and primitive thinking! Selfish and inconsiderate! Anarchist and self-centered!

RO, for all its old-school graphics, still has a charm, unmatched by even the most modern of games. It will draw people to come back for as long as the conditions are right, and the playing environment is balanced.

Those who desperately argue and rationalize their crime, the crime of using bots and/or promoting people to use bots, will find no refuge in the advancing future, the law, and karma, who knows the true nature of their hearts. My words may be a joke to these people, but karma gets their man every single time, without fail.

If you cannot adapt with the future of eventual order, you have no place in it.

During the holy weeks, I took a vacation where I mostly meditated.

After the holy week, I decided to go back and meditate again, following the favorable conditions, and the fact that I can afford it.

But when I went back to duty... ugh.

First, there were people who were playing the dating game with me. This was already told to me by colleague Nirvelli, and I'm disgusted by this.

Now this.

It seems that pRO is fitted with yet another antibot feature. How I knew this?

My friends told me that there's a very strange absence of bots serverwide. To my pleasant surprise.

Until I visited the ragnaboards and went on with my usual rounds.

Typically, a botter, with a foreign IP, posted "a world without bots"

What is this lunatic thinking? Or more specifically, what powerful drug has he been smoking to come up with such conclusion?!

This is an example of pathetic assumptions based solely on personal desires. On top of promoting to break the rules.

And Pax Lucis, who apparently is a warfreak, debated with me to the very end. Until moderator Sakura, speaking through Nirvelli, told to break it up.

Other moderators don't really trust Pax and his intentions. My colleagues tell me he too is a botter... While I cannot prove this immediately, I should at least state this, because the circumstances covering his unusual disapproval against Level-Up enforcing the rules; especially those in regards to botting.

Was his argument "Look at the situation! If you kill the bots, there will be nothing left in Ragnarok! These botters will never return to RO anymore! You cannot press for a move to remove all bots this late! The game will die if you destroy all bots!" valid, or mere sourgraping following recent actions?

True enough, he tried very hard, using logic, realism, and occasional fault-finding to further his argument. But it was an argument doomed to fail right from the start. When you're challenging policies, policies not even those in authority are immune to, by default, those who are against it always loses.

He argues how can a policy be valid when no one follows/enforces it? It will always remain a valid policy. People may ignore or not implement such policies, but it will never change the fact that it is a policy indeed. Just because the bible had rules we don't follow doesn't mean those rules don't apply to us anymore, merely because we don't recognize it as rules. Guess what, they STILL are rules! And it still applies!

Only those who authored a policy/rule can change them. In an official ceremony and in an official word.

Why is this world filled with fools; greedy fools who will do everything and anything to maintain their twisted lifestyle? To boot, these mortals, who will never bring their ill-gotten fame, levels and glamor to their graves, have the nerves with a sharp tounge.

And they wondered why there are people who do not like humanity at all. They'll never understand because they are the ones benefitting from it.

This is one of my arguments that rings true not only in Ragnarok, but in real life as well...

Allow yourselves to be used by evil, or a tool of evil, and you yourselves commit a crime. When you consciously know the evils behind it, yet do it, without regret, that's graver than grave.

Being an accessory to a crime may give you less liability, but you still have commited a crime.

This quote of mine may sound like Martial Law, but sadly, this is true.

The question is not about respect. Whether you like the guts of the enforcer or not, rules are to be followed, or consequences will happen, implied or otherwise.

The enforcer implementing the rules should be followed at all times, especially when you are on their territory. Resistance equates to a less-than-pleasant experience.

And when you claim total victory under questionable circumstances, you become less than a man. You become a crab who only cares for one's own pride, and becoming righteous, even when you are in no position to do so.

No Geonitz, you are asserting what YOU believe. I don't think that "people must use bots for the game to survive". I think that people must use bots for the game to have real lives! Paranoid? Me hating the human race? It has probable cause, if any, but this words will bring you right back to reality.

A person having a real life by using bots? No matter what you say, no matter how you rationalize, it's never an excuse to break what is considered policy, moral or otherwise.

It's sad that most of my comrades have been preoccupied by their real lives.

I miss the old days when we all worked as a team and worked things out as one.

But, ah, we all do not grow any younger. We get families. We get children. We age.

Perhaps I should be happy that I have given up my humanity ages ago.

However, even yours truly, with the powers of Orochi, is not immune to the damnation humanity has imposed. (Though I don't get to suffer the same fate as they do in certain situations, heh.)

Humans fear what lies ahead. This is because it's literally unchartered territory, and the fear of making the fatal mistake is dominant.

On another note, on Women's day, I read Morrigian's blog (linked from here, check out the links) and read all about a poem dedicated to women. Let me snip a sample of it.

Let me comment on this as an Orochi. I'm more effective at this rather as being Kaiba, where I'm more likely to say stuff that I would regret later.

Women may have their excuse of getting exclusivity and getting the excuses they need to get their way... but this is inequality at its worst. People are forced to make excuses for a woman. This is not right.

Moreover, it imposes things that are outright unfair. It is right when done to a woman, but WRONG when done to a man. This is certainly twisted.

In the aspect of romance and value, this would be excusable and tolerable.
This is unacceptable for someone like me.

But why, you ask?

When people asked long time ago for gender equality, women got what they want.
But as time goes by, women realize their potential, value, and power. Without respect to the other gender, this brings women to an uneven slope; the exact inverse of what has happened before, when the men were dominant.

Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against women being successful; but when they use their position to gain unfair advantage, to the point of trampling men over like they're nothing, this is where trouble starts.

My words may reek of communism, but man and woman should work hand in hand, not work against the other. When this happens, you do not get harmony in the world, and you set each other into inevitable self-destruction.

Neither men nor women can live without the other. Men alone can't procreate. Neither can women.

I have updated the Blogger platform for this blog.

And today, Ragnaboards has once again, given rise to my persona.

The persona that hated humans.

I can never wonder for myself as to why I've never liked the human race. And like my alter ego, seek any opportunity to bring them to ruins.

I've always joked, when I first used this alias, that I would one day go wild and act exactly like him, and feel overwhelming hatred for the human race. As a moderator persona, I only utilize the fearsome side of him that I use to reinforce my assertion.

But little did I know that I was slowly beginning to act like him. Think like him. Reason like him. The only thing needed are my other counterparts; Yashiro, Shermie, Chris, and the others.

But let's be serious. I'll admit that I, as my own, and not as Goenitz, hate humankind too. But, perhaps, unlike the real Goenitz, I would still see a ray of hope for those who are striving to be different from the mundane. The real Goenitz, and the whole of the Hakkeshu, would simply say, "Death to all humankind!"

The difference is, people in the unrepentant wrong will always be the foremost recipients of the hatred that I have for humankind, and give those who repent another chance. The Hakkeshu, on the other hand, will always dispense hatred, repentant or not.

But there are times I act like a Hakkeshu. The jeers and cheers of the sinners only fuel this. A taunt that I have been defeated by Kyo, Iori and Kagura? That means nothing, in fact, I thank you for reminding me, and now, I am less sympathetic to humans. And when I'm detached to them, I am able to do things that a human have great difficulty doing; dispense justice even to the best of friends.

Shouldn't I be thankful to the botting community/botters/lamers/flamers/bot advocates for indirectly fueling what I do best? Maybe. Useful as they are, in the end, they too will see red. A sea of blood. From their own bodies.

Septette for the Dead Princess

He told me it was an arranged tune from a shooting game. And the track title is Septette for the Dead Princess.

He made me listen to the original and the arranged tunes. It's not a funerary music. The arranged track sounds like one, however, and it sounds like a theme track for a movie.

But you know what is strange? I could see a complete flashback from the beginning of my existence as an RB moderator when I listen to the music. How touching, indeed.

Once I find a suitable host, I could upload the track and let you listen to it. This isn't possible currently, because the MP3 is quite large.

Greetings. It has been a while since I posted, and I have been convinced by several factors to return to journalizing my actions.

1. I have more free time now.
2. There are things that I feel people must know more.
3. I have more acquaintances back in the blogging.

However, several people I know have left LU, including Phage. A sad event indeed. But she still continues in the blogging, despite the departure.

And now the explanation; what's in the underworld?

Server problems.

Do any of you recall Hell Week? My, what an infamous event forever engraved in people's memories. People's faith to LU were tested to the very limit, but in the end, this was all worked out.

People should learn to strengthen their faith, instead of assuming, complaining, and cursing. Life would be more simple that way.

And yes, I still hate bots, and will still do everything and anything to destroy them. Even if it takes an Orochi-style Armageddon to make this happen. Yeah, bad for company profit, but money is regainable. Integrity and reputation, isn't as easy as money.

Thorians, a call to arms!

To combat the inferior and ancient race of botters, all of us glorious residents of Thor must cooperate and stick together.

1. Report all bots, together with a working configuration file, to Level-up Games customer support. I, Seto kaiba or better known as Goenitz, will also accept such data.
2. Encourage the players to go to Thor and forsake the old world, now riddled with filth.
3. Report Thor botters to Customer Support. The evidence you must submit must be verifiable, accurate, and most importantly, true.
4. Report to Level-Up all progresses of botters, their developers, and their allies. You shall not show allegiance to these weak beings and their minions.

There are also other ways you can help, but these 3 creeds are enough for me.

Once and for all, let's settle this.

The INQ7 article that LU has said to given up bots has given rise to proud botters, arguing that their activities are now legal and will not be stopped.

But is such spineless activities truly tolerated?

Let us dissect the article one by one.

If you can t beat them, join them. And for online game distributor Level-Up! it would be time to capitalize on the growing popularity of real-money trading (RMT) and bots.

They have realized how wrong this mentality is. Why did you think they put up Thor server WITH Ragdefender, if they are hopeless in terms of erradication. Furthermore, WHY WOULD THEY WASTE MONEY ON A HOPELESS CAUSE? Businessmen do not waste money.

The company is even planning to have an online auction of rare items on June 28. Although the online auction is not new for the company, the money would be real and not just using Ragnarok s zenny currency.

As for RMT, there are changes of heart upon this matter. Newer MMO models actually promote and tolerate RMT. But why is RMT actually banned here, while tolerated in others?

Simple. You can't tell the trustworthiness of a typical seller, and there are no safeguards should the unlikely happen!

The newer MMO models have a way to secure this; Credit cards and age verification. Plus and auction system where your credentials are visible, plus the provisions of rewards and penalties for users.

But this is not our subject.

And for users of automated Ragnarok characters called bots, the company said it is allowing players to continue using them if only to collect zennies and items. Only during guild competitions would bot users not be allowed entry.

This does not mean the absolute tolerance for bots. Bots still have the restrictions as seen in the 2nd sentence. To say bots are allowed is a mistake; they still have limits.

And with Thor coming, the views of the company is changing regarding this; They haven't really given up upon the situation.

The online game community has become so organic and so diverse that it would be hard to control people from going beyond the bounds of game rules. It s not cheating anymore because everyone is doing it already and it s becoming beneficial for everyone, according to Level-Up! Chief Operating Officer Sheila Paul.

Likewise, a world filled with filth, and to kill them, the world must perish.

So what would you logically do, without hurting existing life?

Make a new world where such things will not exist in the first place!

Lately, some 3rd party programs have been causing the servers of Chaos and Odin to crash. Though no fault of our own, this is causing both servers to experience severe lag and connectivity problems.

We are doing our best to catch and put an end to users of these programs. But we believe that the success of this will greatly depend on joint efforts between LU and the playing community.

We therefore call on all players to STOP using any 3rd-party programs such as bots. This plea goes out not just to players from Chaos and Odin, but to all players from all servers as well.

This is a stupid request. Why?

1. Level-Up invested on GameGuard to protect RO. Despite claims it doesn't, IT ACTUALLY DOES ITS JOB.
2. Making GameGuard for Linux makes it MORE VULNERABLE to cracking. I don't want to see people making a workaround for GameGuard.
3. The myriad of spikes suddenly bursting from the ground underneath him cut Yukino's sentence short - and the young man was forced to throw himself back, in ordor to avoid being impaled by the rocky protrusions. Although he was able to escape disembowelment, he could not avoid one of the spikes tearing into the front of his robes, making a small gash that bled.

Yukino: ...impressive. First blood is yours.

Assassin: Heh. Told you.

Yukino: Then I guess it's time to get serious. *drops into a stance* Let's see if you can pull that off again, and--

Ruff: That's enough.

Both looked.

Yukino was healed by Ruff.

Ruff: I apologize for cutting playtime short, but Yukino here needs to attend to some business. I'm sure you all understand that, don't you?

Assassin: Uh! But...

Yukino: Sorry man. Job. We'll continue this someday.

Assassin: Aww. Yukino! You better come back, you hear?

Yukino: I will. I hope. Ruff?

Ruff: Very well.

Yukino: Before I leave, you should have this. *tosses a necklace*

The assassin catches it.

Assassin: WOW! Hey, this increases strength!

Yukino: You deserved it. Now, we need to go. Farewell!

Ruff and Yukino disappears.

The companions of the assassin flocked and looked at the assassin's prize in awe.

The female monk is seated, in a view overlooking the mountains of Mjolnir. Two other monks, male, approached. One came from the left side, and the other, from the right side. One had red hair, and the other, black hair with a white bandanna.

They sat facing the female monk.

female monk: Thank goodness, Kusanagi, Yagami. I bear disturbing news. One of the hakkeshu seems to have ascended into a Vanguard!

Kusanagi, the black haired monk, and Yagami, the red-haired monk, looked at her in disbelief.

Kusanagi: That's bad bad news.

Yagami: He'll crush us easily with that. Why didn't we finish him off when we had the chance?! We should've done that, Kagura!

female monk Kagura: He escaped. I knew he wasn't going to kill himself with that wind!

Kusanagi: More bad news. More people with Orochi power making their presence known. I've seen an entire party who seems to be all Orochi.

Kagura: *shakes head* This is a nightmare. They're too many!

Yagami: We should start picking them out one by one.

Kagura: Yes. Goenitz should be the first to fall. He is the leader. The seal of Orochi is completely broken, the power flowing into the hakkeshu, the children. Surely, the will take revenge on us, then awaken Orochi.

Kusanagi shakes his head.

Kusanagi: Sigh. This is a big problem.

Yagami: ...

Kagura: Kusanagi, you should secure Yuki very soon.

Kusanagi: Yeah.

Kagura: You too, Yagami. Your family should be secured. There's no telling what can happen.

Yagami: Got that.

Kagura: ...

Yagami: You know, I don't know what to think anymore. Anytime, anything can happen to me.

Kagura: You can overcome your Orochi blood.

Yagami: ...

Yagami glares at Kusanagi.

Yagami: I'd blame Kyo here, but he's just as clueless.

Kusanagi: Hey, don't put me in your quicksand.

Yagami: Did I say you're my problem? Clean your ears or something!

Kagura: Yagami, easy.

Kusanagi: Hmph.

Kagura: That's another problem. You've been fighting for eternity. You and your families that is.

Yagami: Sometimes I want to kill my father for it. Sometimes I want to just kill Kyo for what he is. All I know, they're just going to be bad, either way. Sigh. I've never lived without running into something bad.

Kusanagi: The feeling is mutual, but I don't like enemies. Yagami, you're supposed to be our friend, not an enemy.

Yagami: I wonder why I can't bear to disobey my father... He's the one who told me to kill you and every Kusanagi...

Kagura: He has not been purged of that error... Yagami, set that aside. Better, throw it away. You're the only hope in bringing the Yagami curse to an end.

Yagami: As if I can. Mother died giving birth to me. Father is just an ass. I kill him, I become the only Yagami around. If Goenitz or other hakkeshu kills me, bye-bye 3 weapons.

Kusanagi: Don't scare us, Yagami! You're important! Our clans would never stop Orochi without you!

Yagami: Rubbish. Your clan could easily toast Orochi. You never needed me.

Kagura: Without the Yagami holding Orochi in place, we would've been all consumed alive. Think of your significance, Yagami! Just because you're imprisoned in Orochi blood doesn't mean you are rendered useless!

Yagami: But look at me! LOOK AT ME! I want Kyo dead! I want to leave you behind! Am I not your enemy with this running in my mind!? Am I not a nuisance instead of a use with this?!

Kagura: You're not, Yagami! You can still wield crimson flames despite all this! You have your sanity! If you can overcome your Orochi blood, you can be free! It's not easy, Yagami, but I know you can do it!

Yagami falls silent.

Yagami: ...

Kyo: Keep looking down upon yourself, and you'll always get stepped on.

Yagami: Stepped on by who?

Kyo: Everyone else.

Yagami: I won't, Kyo.

Kyo: That's the spirit, Iori. Learn some independence. With your age, you don't have to follow your father anymore. He's like, an old wheezer now.

Iori: Hey, don't you be dissing him.

Kyo: He's the problem here, you know that, Yagami? Let me teach you how to escape your father. Marry your girlfriend.

Iori: Huh? How is that supposed to help me?

Kyo: A father can't dictate what a son in his own house should be doing.

Iori: Hm.

Kagura sighs in relief.

Kagura: It's getting late. We better part ways. Tomorrow, we need to meet again. We need a way to seal the power of every hakkeshu. We must do it while all is not lost.

Kyo: Uhuh.

Kagura: Same time, same place, at daybreak. It's a date.

Kyo and Iori part ways. Kagura walked away from the place as nightfall soon covers the land, leaving a brightly-lit town in the background.

Kagura: (The future is bleak for us three. Orochi will be awakened soon. I know it wll happen.)

Kagura looks at the darkening skies.

Kagura: (Big sister, I need your help... who killed you? My family says it was Goenitz... but... but I have my doubts... it could've been Goenitz... it could've been the monsters... I don't know what to think!)

Kagura looks down into the town, now bright with light.

Kagura: (I will have my answers. I will get them someday.)

THE PICEOUS MESSIAH - REQUIEM OF SINS

I. NATURAL SELECTION

A quiet afternoon. A priest, by the name of Leopold Goenitz has just dismissed his students. But it was not his class. He filled in for a teacher that could not make it. And the irony of it all, is that he was teaching a group of swordsmen.

He sees no problem with this, however. He seemed like a regular priest doing his obligations.

After all the student swordsmen have departed, he stood up, leaving the swordsman guild building. A gentle breeze greets him.

As he walks by towards the town square of Izlude, he finds a mysterious parchment that has been blown by the wind. It was unusual for a parchment of that size to be dropped nonchalantly.

Using his powers to control the wind, he makes a slight gust that made the parchment land into his hands. He was certain that nobody was around to see his little trick.

Or was there?

??: That was amazing. You control the wind?

Goenitz senses the stranger's presence, clad in brown and white robes. It was a Vanguard.

Goenitz: As you may have seen, yes, I do. *glances at the stranger* You're no mere peasant. What brings you to the land of desolation?

??: Wow! You even know what I am! Actually, I am here to invite you.

Goenitz: Invite me for what?

??: I would like you to work for us.

Goenitz: As what?

??: As one of our Cavalries.

Goenitz: Why such an urgent need? And why me?

??: We are in need of mortals who can act upon this realm in our behalf. And we were once mortals, like you, elevated into gods. We are called the Vanguards, the gods who look into the continent of Midgard, and this world. We are in dire need of people who will work for us, but maintain their human essence.

Goenitz: I'm sure you have known of what I am. Do you really wish for me to be a hitman of the gods? I will not decline, as I like the idea.

??: Believe me. We need people like you badly. And you are not going to be the only one who will be a Cavalry.

Goenitz: I am going to answer your invitation, like this...

Goenitz controls the wind, letting the breeze take the parchment from his hands, as if throwing it away. The gust forms into a small whirlwind.

Before the stranger could react, the breeze changes direction, and the parchment is now in his hands again.

Goenitz: The invitation is accepted.

??: Then it is settled. Yes, I do know of your powers and your powerful bloodline. You are a child of the Orochi, the dormant messenger of the earth. I am pleased to have you on our side.

Goenitz: So am I. But please, Orochi is not dormant.

??: My apologies, then. Now, come with me, I must introduce you in our Parthenon, in the realm of Asgard. This will be a bit disorienting, I must advice you.

Goenitz: Before you do so, I want to find out who you are.

??: Just call me Ruff.

Goenitz: Such a unique name.

Ruff: Yes, indeed *smiles shyly* Well, let's go!

The environment disintegrates into a flurry of light and flashes. Before they know it, the landscape changes into an unfamiliar but soothing

one. A vast landscape of greens, blue sky, and tranquility. In front of them is a big towering castle, of sorts.

Goenitz: Asgard must be heaven. The tranquility soothes me.

Ruff: Asgard is heaven, as you say. This is the realm where us Vanguards reside. Even us mortals who became Vanguards will stay here.

Goenitz: I see.

They walk into the castle, in there, he was greeted. A man with long gray hair and donning the same robe as Ruff was waiting.

???: It seems you found your first volunteer sooner than I expected.

Ruff: I just found him by chance. He's a promising one.

???: You know who he is, right?

Ruff: It doesn't matter, we need him badly. He's not who you think he is.

Goenitz: Am I popular within the gods?

???: I wouldn't say, popular, in a positive sense. But anyhow, I'd like to welcome you in our realm. Ruff must've told you already what you will become. And by the looks of your presence, you have consented.

Goenitz: All my existence has been margined by setting things right. The gods, the Vanguards, as you are called, do this too, right?

???: That's just a few of them.

Goenitz: Ah.

???: Oh, and I forgot, I am Praetor. My apologies for not introducing myself, I have been pretty cranky. *laughs a little*

Goenitz: Mhm. Vanguards. Serious business, hm, Ruff?

Ruff: Yup, I suppose. hehe.

Praetor: All right, Ruff, better look for more people who can work for us.

Ruff: Right away, Praetor.

Ruff dissapears quickly.

Pratetor faces Goenitz.

Praetor: I'm glad you accepted our offer. It's not everyday that commoners listen to what we say, even though we have celebrity status down there.

Goenitz: As I've seen.

Praetor: Your job as a cavalry, is this; Us Vanguards have laid down the rules that humans should abide by. The humans call that the Divine rules. The King of Prontera, Tristan III, is the one who enforces such rules. And it coveres the whole continent of Midgard.

Goenitz: But then there are these guards...

Prateor: Let me finish, Goenitz.

Both of them walked.

Praetor: Do you see the place we walk in? Not all of Asgard is land. There is a place in Asgard, particularly in the Parthenon, where there's no land, just sky, sky and sky. But that's not my point. You think this is heaven, Goenitz? That's not so. Just because we're Vanguards doesn't mean we're invincible.

Goenitz: Hmm.

Praetor: Furthermore, problems do not leave us in here. Problems of human existence is a trival matter, compared to our matters here. Regrettably, I cannot tell you more about these problems we face, right now, as you will not understand them.

Goenitz: Understood.

Praetor: So your job, Leopold Goenitz, is to act in our behalf when it comes to matters of keeping the serenity of the continent. There are rules of the continent that do not get implemented. Many of these rules are universal laws, many of which are moralities that people themselves impose. Since our problems, we have been progressively loosening grip on humankind against our will.

Goenitz: In short, the working parents scenario.

Praetor: A much brutal version of that, might I add.

Goenitz: And the imperial guards? The guards of the town? The justice system? Are you saying they reek of inutile?

Praetor: Not like that; You see, we have told King Tristan to rally the humans into a cluster of guilds, and fight the monsters invading your town and your world. The pool of human resources are becoming way too many to be handled in a sensible manner. And the troubles here keep us from correcting the situation. We need someone like us who has power, but doesn't have to face the obligations of a Vanguard. It may seem like a childish fantasy, but it is our only way around this. We're even taking the risk of mortal people getting drunk of godly powers we will imbue.

Goenitz: I must admit, though, the human justice system, morals and discipline is deteriorating; The idea seems timely enough.

Praetor: I agree.

Goenitz: From what you are saying, it seems what you and your kind are dealing with is extremly dangerous. And you are correct, many of the people I know are enlisting into guilds. They're the people King Tristan enlisted to fight the invaders. I must say myself, these encounters with monsters doesn't interest me.

Praetor: Why so?

Goenitz: I just simply don't find interest in it. It's more like a human wastebasket to me. People live and die just to fight monsters, be strong, fight other people, and get killed in the process. I think it's glorified suicide.

Praetor: Well, with this job, you don't have to sacrifice your humanity, not like when I recruit Vanguards. They HAVE to erase their names in the book of life. As a cavalry, you don't have to. In fact, you NEED to stay as a human.

Goenitz: Why?

Praetor: You need to stay as a human being. You will know why in the future. And besides, you will be hunting down evildoers. You don't want them to find your aura as an early-warning device now, would you?

Goenitz smirks.

Goenitz: Is it me, or you know how I think?

Praetor: Something like that. Remember, I know everything about you, I know you're not easily drunken by your power, right?

Goenitz: Don't worry about it. Trust me.

Praetor: Then I'll trust you for it. I've never trusted a mortal this deeply though, but I've known enough about you for it.

Goenitz: I appreciate the trust you have given me.

Praetor: I guess, the saying that "you can't serve two gods" is about to be broken, eh?

Goenitz: Everything in the universe can be broken. And now I just knew, even Vanguards are not as invincible. But if you have trouble, you can call on me. I will not think twice about fighting for your kind.

Praetor: Thank you for your trust. I guess it works both ways. *gleam* For a mortal, your power renders you almost like a Vanguard. I guess I don't need to give you some powers, then! *laughs*

Goenitz: Heh.

Praetor: Nah, I still need to give you access to Asgard. And you shall be imbued authority over humans, to the point you can override King Tristan III's desicions. You know what this means to you, don't you, son of Orochi?

Goenitz's grin can be seen reaching all the way to his ears.

Praetor: However, you'll keep allegiance to us and us alone, when it comes to dealing with human matters. You will be given some autonomy to decide what's the best action, but you can ask us still if you are in doubt.

Goenitz: understood.

Praetor: And please, don't resort to Orochi, unless you ABSOLUTELY have to.

Goenitz: Good heavens! You know about that too? *chuckle*

Praetor: Like I said, I know everything about you. Your ancestors were much worse than you.

Goenitz: So, when do I start?

Praetor: Immediately. Effective immediately, you are now a Cavalry. *waves his hand*

Goenitz feels a strange sensation, but it didn't last long.

Goenitz: I am honored. But, what is my outfit as a Cavalry?

Praetor: Use the power I've given you.

Goenitz closes his eyes, and his outfit changes into a golden yellow robe and white overalls.

Goenitz: Excellent.

Praetor: Use your powers well, like you have used the power from Orochi. You can disguise yourself, and do many of the things a Vanguard can. The only thing you can't do is turn against us. Other than that, the ball is yours to play with.

Goenitz: You can count on me for that. You've known my ancestors' deeply-rooted loyalty. I will show you how strong that loyalty is.

Praetor: I knew I didn't make a mistake trusting you. Well, I don't need to bring you back to Midgard myself, you can do it! *laughs*

Goenitz: Later then, Praetor. *nods in acknowledgement*

Goenitz dissapears.

Praetor walks back to the hall of the Parthenon.

Praetor: (That's one Cavalry deployed. I need more. I hope Ruff isn't having a hard time with this.)

Just then, a blue-haired Vanguard approached Praetor.

???: Praetor, I'm sorry, obligations kept me from coming at once. Where is the new Cavalry?

Praetor: Deployed already. Too bad, Ruff picked an excellent person.

???: Who is he?

Praetor: Leopold Goenitz.

The man's eyes widens in disbelief.

???: He is a son of the Orochi!

Praetor: Exactly why I agreed. We don't have to give him much power, and he can be trusted.

???: Yes, but isn't his lineage responsible for having Orochi terrorize midgard some ages ago?

Praetor: I'd say it was the other way around. His clan with Orochi strived to cleanse humankind of sins, together with 7 others, but it went to the point that they were killing humans, because they were being oppressed, so an alliance of 3 different clans worked together to stop Orochi and his children from sowing terror. The 3 clans succeeded. But they have to seal off Orochi every 100 years. Many of Orochi's children awaken to their power when the seal that binds Orochi gets ruptured. I agree with Orochi when it comes to humankind sinning, but it's not practical when you have to wipe them out and start anew. Goenitz doesn't think like that, however.

???: Wouldn't he get tempted to use his Orochi power for it?

Praetor: I have plans for that, but Goenitz is unlike any of Orochi's children that I've seen. He actually knows his limits and powers.

Others before him wasn't like that.

???: Remember, if 8 of his kind unite, they're sure to awaken Orochi.

Praetor: That's not my problem anymore. They're Midgardians. We're Asgardians. We have our own problems to worry about. And the 3 clans who guard against Orochi are sure to stand in their way. And besides, there's monsters worse than Orochi that can bring the same thing.

???: But what if...?

Praetor: Goenitz decides to destroy humankind? I seriously don't think he can do that, and even if he has it in his personality, he just doesn't have enough power for that. I don't think their mother Gaia would allow such wholesale manslaughter without a very good reason either. At worst, we can change him in the book of life, but as a last resort. Gaia won't like her children being touched by others. Especially Asgardians.

Yukino: Oh. But the seal was completely broken sometime ago... many of them are awakening to their power.

Praetor: Like I sad, the 3 clans. They won't let that happen. Yukino, there are many things to do before Orochi awakens, and not one step of that has been made. Don't worry about it so much.

Yukino: I suppose. You see, Goenitz and I have been partners when I was still there. He's strictly principled. I must admit he taught me many things about being righteous. When I found out he's an Orochi, I kind of got frightened of him.

Praetor: You worry so much. Just because he's like that doesn't mean he'll think you're a sinner. That's paranioa!

Yukino: I guess it's his descendant's fault that people don't trust him. I like him though. It's just that he may become the monsters his ancestors once were.

Praetor: Hm, I think it's time for you to get back to your work, I think you have something else to do.

Yukino: Oh yeah. I better do.

Yukino heads back to the farther halls.

Praetor: (It would be interesting to find out about this... have I made the right desicion by trusting someone who has a history of bringing terror to act in our behalf? I'm about to find out.)

hey there...found your forums and i decided to share you a looong story of mine...hope hindi ka mabagot...here it goes:

Last quarter of 2004,nag laro ako one time sa isang shop sa manila noon, kakatapos lng ng shift ko, so umaga na yun, eh noob ako sa place ko nun, so im just trying out shops around the area... so i went into this one cozy shop, logged into my email... chat while naka vend mode merch ko, which was my main char... Pinili ko merch kasi un ung hindi masyadong nilalaro ng mga players, and I feel "noble and proud" when playing one... Kelangan mo ng matinding patience and determination sa paglalaro eh... Anyway, I decided magbababad ako since dayoff ko na eh... Mga 6am ako nag start tpos mga 1pm na ako natapos... Base level di ko tanda pero job tanda ko 1 nlng 50 na... So, bangag na ako and I decided to pay up, go home, eat n drink beer then sleep... Nagising na ako mga 9pm gabi... took a bath, and decided na maghanap ng ibang shop, ambagal kc ng PCs nung nilaruan ko earlier... So, asa shop na ako... ayan cge laro2x hapi2x... till bglng me lumabas "someone else has logged on using this ID"... since di ko pa nararanasang mahack, akala ko wala lang, cge login2x laro2x hapi2x... ayun... after 30 mins un nanaman... abah pota, nakaramdam na ako ng kaba, so login uli ako... agawan ng login till nkkita ng katabi ko na balisa na ako, sinabihan nya ako, "pre hinahack ka na mag forgot password ka.." so un nga ginawa ko, login sa mail, kuha password...login2x laro2x hapi2x....tpos ng mga 1 hr, nagulat nalang ako ng biglang ung "someone else has logged on using this ID" lumabas nanaman... forgot password nanaman ako, kaso di ko na maopen email ko gagong hacker yun... la na ako access sa email nor my ragna acct... napaisip ako... since nung that morning lang ako nakalaro ule ng ragna for almost 1 wk na pagkatigang, nagduda ako sa shop na un since un lng pinaglaruan ko... pinuntahan ko... pag pasok ko ung taga tingin ata un,
sinabihan ako na, "boss sarado na po kame sensya na po" (not exactly like this pero kinda like this), while his eyes went back to a peculiar dos-prompt like screenie. Nagduda ako baka keylogger un (i was aware of keyloggers then, but i wasnt aware of bots and botting). So, nilapitan ko sya, tapos tinanaong ko "ano po yan bossing?". Sabi nya "Bot yan sa ragna..". Medyo hindi ako naniwala. Tapos nun, I calmly explained to him what happened to me, and I asked him the question "gumagamit ba kayo ng keylogger dito?". To my surprise, he sounded a bit agitated and said "walang
nagkkeylogger dito, kung gusto mo tignan mo pa eh..". Having him bring up the idea, well I said "sige kung okey lang". From being panicky, he sounded angry and said "kung wala kang makita,anong gagawin ko sa yo ha?". I replied "Wala, kung wala akong makikita wala ka din gagawin saken...".
So, being a computer science graduate, I tried to do a search on his hard drive by date modified. Tinesting ko ung latest date modified. Pag bukas ko, un ung same DOS-like screenie kanina... And to my surprise... Aba, nakita ko buong name ko adun sa program na yun (w/c to my guess nilagay ko sa email since i use it for work). Nung nakita ko yung name ko, I asked him a sarcastic question, "ikaw ba si ?". Nagalit sya, tapos sinabi nya "PUTANG INA MO GAGO KA!PINAGBIBINTANGAN MO BA AKO HA? LUMAYAS KA NA DITO!"." I rest my case" sinabi ko nalang sa sarili ko, while inaawat sya ng asawa nya ata un or something... Tapos,biglang umalis yung guy, nilapitan ako nung babae and she was asking what going on. I told her my story, and while I was in the middle of it, biglang lumabas yung guy, armed with a 2x2 wood pile and was aiming for me! Inawat nanaman sya ng babae, tapos I ran for the door. Pumiglas yung guy and was running after me, I held on the door like there was no tomorrow... inawat nanaman sya, and it gave me a chance to run for the hallway and ran as faraway from the place... ikinuwento ko sa mga tropa ko,and they wanted to burn down the place, but I told them that ill settle it on my own, the legal way... So nagpabarangay ako and nagpapulis and all that... Eventually, the guy disappeared and what's worse is that the shop closed, all because of what happened to me (nalaman pala kasi n expired na yung permit since last2x year eh operating pa rin sila)...
Anyway,my point is, I know how it feels to be stuck in a rut so to speak, and I want you to konw that I'm with you in this war (kahit na gnun ngyri sken laro padin ako...)... Yun lng pizz out ciao!

Another, the case of the poor illegal zenny buyer. Nag pub yung "asset" namin sa pront na "S>Zenny, Pampanga Area". Tas may kumagat. So nag set kami ng meeting sa may Diamond park. Pumunta siya. And guess what, sinapak rin namin tas kinuha namin wallet niya. Instant cash may lesson pa yung guy. Pero medyo naawa ako kasi he's only 16 yrs old beaten up by us... Four kami.

So far marami na kaming nabiktima. At hindi kami hihinto. Did you say POLICE??? and BARANGAY??? Forget it, kayang kaya silang tapatan ng pera namin. So guys, stop typing. Form a group if you want. And let's teach these punks a lesson. No to BOTTING. No to ILLEGAL TRADES.

I don't understand why the good people has to be the ones with the burdens.

Just recently, I was able to convince Orochi Herman to continue development of our project, and stop fantasizing about a certain schoolgirl.

But then, I have seen the effort it needs, and he's indeed having problems beyond his scope. He's not slacking for nothing. :P

What we were working on is something big. It's the equivalent of making a completely new customer support-like system. Well, I'll be using it mainly to automate the whole point of my old SOP in my killprobots YM. No more downtimes, no more naggings, no more invisible-modes. :P

Peering these acquired data to the GMs will be simplified because all data and all requirements will be asked with no chance of slipping up. :D

I may very well become his slave driver in the coming days. And I know he can do it. He just needs to stop pretending that he can't do it. :P

Midgard has always been my house. The day has been different since the gods have summoned me to work for them. I and a few others have served them in mingling and keeping the peace of the populace. There were many of us summoned by the gods.

The alluring and feisty Dominatrix was both my critic and my ally, whom I highly respect, now summoned by our former handler, Phage, to another dimension. The innocent Hikaru has been a reliable person to work with, even to this day. Dolby and Genocide remains lurking, whose whereabouts I know not, as well. However, I still see them in occasion.

But not all of them have stayed or shown up again. Intensity worked his own way, but done his job well, and has quit to settle down. Berelain was the most beloved, but she has never been heard of ever since after an unknown incident took place. The same fate befell Serendipity, Luthien, leaving without reason. Kusanagi, my mortal enemy by blood has been surprisingly a cooperative and trustworthy companion, who, too, has his whereabouts unknown. On the other hand, rumors had it that Temperance was elevated to godhood, but nobody knows, not even I.

Because of this, a new batch of mortals were summoned to aid the 5 remaining older generations. They came in a timely manner.

My excellent handling and contributions has caught the attention of the other gods, Silvermaine and Verdandi. They are interested in assimilating me for my worth, but they have seen that my power has not matured yet to their standards, and the full power of the Orochi has not completely manifested in me, despite the fact that I am a pure Orochi. Those who are half-orochi would have profound trouble controlling their power, it can even cause their own destruction if they can't handle it.

Another problem is a recurring instinct of mine that is a direct influence of Orochi; the desire to destroy humankind. Even though I have successfully controlled this urge, the rage grows wild in hatred and tension. Even Dominatrix sees this and tries to control me. There were times that the blood is now speaking, no longer my mind.

Would I be able to control this compeltely? I would become no different to Sakray if it were so, but then, the only way to find out is to take the place.

And now, I protect, cooperate and watch over the other gods and do their biddings. For many times, I have served biddings from Lilith, Phage, Kaeko, Silvermaine and Verdandi. In many occasions, Lord Tristan has asked me for such biddings as well, in which I carry out loyally. I will continue to do this for all time, even if I would not be raised to godhood.

But while I serve the gods, I serve too a messenger of an even higher god, whose blood runs within me.

The oxymoronic term of Private Servers

Private servers are the biggest oxymoron in the RO community.

Why?

Why call it private when you invite people in there?

Indeed, it's a sharp contradiction to their purpose.

Private servers were meant initially as testing grounds and personal playgrounds. But that clashed with the real purpose of RO.

So they invited people in.

But then comes a problem. Those servers are hot in Gravity's eyes and they'll be forced to shut down when caught.

The sad reality is that many players betray official servers for private servers, which claims to be managed better.

But that's tantamount to supporting and harboring criminals. No matter the argument.

And the crime? Copyright Infringement. it's like with emulators, it becomes illegal when you place the crucial piece of the diagram to make it work.

For game emulators, it is the ROM. For private servers, it is the resource files found in the client/pirated from the Aegis server.

Private servers are an oxymoron. And they are illegal too. I just don't understand the workings on how people manage to dodge copyright infringement with various technicalities, alibies and "open source" claims. Bah.

If the Orochi had his way, these infringers would've gone straight to hell in a wink of an eye.

A lot of us do not count on mercy, sorrow and repentance, expecting we would be mocked for being humble, lowering your stance than that of your adversary's. You may not believe this, but humility does work, and in a good way.

The internet is indeed a blessing to people, where they get a wealth of information at a moment's notice. It also enables communication to as far as to the other side of the world.

But lately, I've been noticing a great degeneration of values and morals over the internet.

This is caused by the following:

Anonymity
Malicious Impulse

The internet gives us the power of anonymity. Nobody knows who we are, unless we make it public. This may be an advantage, but a disadvantage is that people exploit this anonymity to lay waste on unsuspecting people.

Have a look at this case, Syaoran-Kawaii, from IP 210.213.178.232. His message goes like this...

yabang mo, kita nlang tau sa personal tapos suntukan nlng tau /pif

Tell me, what kind of sane person would accept this challenge from a generally anonymous person? If I know better, he's just trying to gain attention, fame, or just "nagpapasikat" (Trying to be top dog). He's what people here call "KSP [Kulang sa Pansin]"

These kinds of threats are laughable and are not to be taken seriously. In fact, it makes me feel sorry because the intelligence of that person is probably confined to that of a wild animal's, whose abilities are limited to nothing but eating, grooming and fighting.

Threat? Challenge? Duel? Issued over the internet? From an anonymous person? Come on! What a joke! Even backing out of these isn't called cowardice, but practicality! XD

It's always been like that. And it makes me feel sorry for the certain group of people and its future generations destined to produce these defects.

What do you think is the most effective thing to do on a problem?

Some people do the following.

1. They think of a solution and answer it once and for all.
2. They use their resources and answer the problem, even for a while.
3. Try to escape it.
4. They pass it on to others.
5. They live with it.

Let's explain the actions one by one.

1. These are the people dedicated to make solutions. They make sure that their answers will be of no flaw. They are the real saviors.
2. This is also another productive attitude, but there are times #1 has a problem that doesn't stay answered permanently. (such as with food, financials, etc) This is its alternative.
3. This is the action of the people who are confused, unenlightened, and generally inexperienced. This is a bad thing, and must be dealt with education.
4. This is a highly destructive method, and often a troublemaking solution. Instead of giving answers, they give MORE questions, in a figurative term.5. This is for those who just can't find answers, doesn't have the capacity to solve a problem, or are just plain lazy. This may be natural, or may be man-made.

The next time you encounter a problem, make sure your solutions are somewhere between 1 and 2. They'll save you from future headaches. Don't slack off.

He even had the moxy to make an empty threat in the KillpROBOTS forums.

What kind of reason is that?

He expects clemency by using another "innocent" account. But knowing his track record, he's not a man to trust. For 3 times, despite warnings, he still continues to make seneless posts and spam.

This person is also Insanity_soul, a known spammer in Ragnaboards. He used Carnament, Insanity_soul and this latest, IXthar_the_cursor. Many forums don't allow you to have more than one account. We have rules like that in the ragnaboards too.
The following is the PMs that has transpired. He wrote his PM to me as IXthar_the_cursor.

Insanity_soul: I Just really don't know why'd you ban my Carnament account.
Me: because it was used for protest over something that was clearly wrong.

Was it you who was behind that account? If you willingly lent that to insanity soul, I'm sorry, but you should be banned too for being part of the crime.
Insanity_soul: Umm.. Goenitz, Insanity-Soul and Carnament is one. There's only one person behind that account. Why'd you ban Carnament?

Me: Because...
1. He's a persistent spammer.
2. He's evading bans
3. He's just a nuisance poster.
Insanity_soul: Insanity-Soul is a spammer. Carnament? lolz prove it
Me: Well you did say insanity soul and carnamet are one right? Whoever is insanity-soul is also who carnament is. If insanity soul is a spammer, if he goes in as carnament, that makes carnament a spammer too.
Insanity_soul: ROFLMAO, What a pathetic reason. Those two are different accounts. You don't caught CARNAMENT SPAMMING SO Why do you ban him?
Me: You don't understand the logic of crime. Because that avatar is being used by one person, I will ban ANY account he uses. Permanently. No excuse.

He's trying to escape from his punishment by using his carnament account. That's one of the reasons, heck, a solid one, why I banned him.

Execution. Ahh, how I love that word.

The glorious moment when that remorseless offender will finally be extinguished of his misery.

The way of the berdugo or executioner has been with violence. They are the ones who carry out the punishment, often without mercy, remorse or forgiveness.

It is a fact, that those who knew me in the Ragnaboards know that I punish people often with ceremonious flare. And often, it mocks the sinner, often remorseless for his/her crime.

Oh, and I do not make distinctions in gender.

Some have branded me merciless, some say I brag, some do not like me for my windy attitude. But they mean nothing to me, as, let's face it, I work for the destruction of humankind.

Err, check that. Straightening of humankind.

The makings of an Orochi

What does it feel to be a true Orochi?

1. You pay no attention to the riches of the world. They are only temporary and will be gone very soon.
2. Intimacy, sexuality and eroticism means nothing to you.
3. The pleas of sinners mean nothing to you.
4. Keeping innocense untainted, especially those with children.
5. Serving for the better of nature and The One who created you.

There are things different in that statements, and it is true that in the KOF story, the Orochi and his people are hellbent on destroying humankind.

But is that actually feasible in application? I think not. The Orochi is a representation of mother nature, hence the quote "Ware, Gaia tomotori ari." (I am one with the mighty Gaia.)

The Orochi exists to put a lid on the growing corruption brought by humans. And the wrong part here, is that it tramples humanity, innocent or not. But then again, we have seen calamities that trample people without regard of alignment.

I believe that children has a degree of innocense, but they too are tainted as with humankind per se. But those who lead a peaceful life who does service to humanity and nature do not deserve such fate. They are to be lauded and rewarded.

My point here, is that those who do good will be rewarded. Those who do evil will be punished.

And I'm sure even Orochi himself would agree with me.

There are things that I feel people must know.
And some questions that I myself ask.

1. Why do some people lambast being disciplined when they have been found to be clearly wrong?

2. Why is humankind so stubborn?

3. Why does any sort of discipline upon them result in a full rebellion?

4. Why does democracy not punish people who abuse their liberties?

5. Why does it appear that people throw back questions 1 to 4 to the one in authority when all these apply ONLY to those within their own levels and similarities?

6. Why does it seem that "Ignorance of the law excuses no one" is the most ignored policy?

In this little world in the Ragnaboards, I do not worry about them. However, when it comes to the world at large, I cannot help but think. However, I will still answer them, in the context of Ragnaboards.

1. There is one reason why they refuse to accept they are wrong. It is a simple reason. Pride. To admit wrongdoing is a brutal and humiliating blow to their ego. They should learn to control their ego or reprimandments will be truly bitter for them.

2. Humankind is stubborn by design. They are stubborn in the sense that no mere roadblocks would stand in their way. But sadly, this trait has been used negatively.

3. Nobody likes change. Nobody likes to be told what to do, but unfortunately, when it is the populace that needs discipline/guide and they revolt, what must be done must be done, and even if this means curtailing their rights just to attain it. And if you can already guess, I pretty much agree with the actions of Marcos, Lacson and Bayani Fernando when it comes to disciplining people. It is a shame that there are laws in the real world that are obstacles to disciplining people, for the sake of their so-called rights.

4. Democracy is doing whatever you wish. But there's actually a catch in democracy; it's doing everything WITHIN the law. Democracy doesn't mean you can do EVERYTHING even if it is wrong. It's the biggest illusion since freedom.

5. Humans by design don't want to take the blame. See answer # 1. I see their "do unto others as others would do unto you!" invalid in this situation where they are talking to me as an authorative figure. They can only say that to their peers. As a moderator, I am above them.

6. This is one policy that people igore a lot. People don't read the rules when they enter something. It's a sad thing, really. And then they pin the blame elsewhere, refusing to admit guilt. Ah, humanity, indeed.

For now, the winds blow, again. We will meet again, that is for sure.

The anatomy of doom

Many of you knows my namesake early on. Many do not.

The name Goenitz comes from the heavenly king in the KOF (King of Fighters) series, known for his terrifying ability to control the wind. He has Orochi blood running in his veins and is the 1st heavenly king of the Orochi. He is rumored to be a priest, but to verify that information is impossible due to lack of data regarding him.

I chose his name because Goenitz and the whole Hakkeshu (the 8 people of Orochi) shares the same outlook towards humans. Doom. Despair. Orochi, through the 8 people, wanted to be reanimated to fullfill his punishment upon humans.

Many say, and KOF97 does confirm that the Orochi is somehow linked to God. He's said to be the messenger, through Gaia, mother nature. And we all know how mother nature and God has been linked perfectly.

Did Goenitz really die in KOF96? Many say he did, however, circumstances may say he may still be around. He just dissappeared in the smokescreen of gusts of wind. He could've survived the onslaught of Yagami and Kusanagi. It can be possible.

In places other than the Ragnaboards, I come by as Seto Kaiba, normally.

Now some of you may be asking. Why did I assume the identity of Leopold Goenitz?

1. I share the identity of being cold yet respectful. However, I may be brutally frank and verbally cruel at times, even worse than what Goenitz himself would say.
2. I too, feel at home in roleplaying a villain. I can speak, act and think like Goenitz.
3. I am a big fan of the KOF series. Go figure.
4. Goenitz, with his quest to purge humanity of sin (if not paving the way for awakening Orochi) would fit very well in the theme of Ragnaboards. Someone who will be taken seriously, and at times, feared and despised for having an iron hand. If you use an alternate avatar for this, the less-than-respectful lashings and complaints will emotionally hurt you. Believe me, emotional pain is hard to manage. But with a persona known to be evil, being nasty, offensive and obnoxious is within your character, so such complaints would have no effect on you.
5. Like Goenitz, I like to punish my enemies in the worst way possible.
6. Wind. Goenitz had a little flare of bragging (going along pretty well with his power) which also proved to be his downfall in KOF. But in here, he brags, and he has all the bragging rights because he can do everything*.

*when the circumstances are right, red tape, yadda yadda

For now, I bid you farewell. We shall see each other again in the not-so-distant future.
